Hasliberg panorama trail

The Brünig Pass links the cantons of Bern and Obwalden, that is to say the Bernese Oberland with central Switzerland. At an altitude of only 1,008 metres above sea level, the Brünig Pass is rather modest in height, but for hikers it is a worthwhile and readily accessible starting point. That's because both the road for motor traffic and the Lucerne-Interlaken railway route cross the pass. Getting there by train or PostBus is therefore the obvious choice. Hikes to the Brienzer Rothorn, the Wilerhorn and along the Hasliberg panorama trail are particularly popular.
