Once you reach the top from the car park in Aeschiried, the descent on the Allmispitz begins on the signposted sledge run. It ends in Aeschiried (Scheidmatte), a few metres from the PostBus stop and the car park. There are several downhill runs to choose from, all of which all lead to the same end point. Enjoy the breathtaking landscape along the way and stop off at the Skihütte restaurant, where you are sure to receive great service. An alternative stop for refreshments is the Restaurant Panorama at the starting and finishing point in Aeschiried. The sledge runs extend for some 2.5km and are suitable for young and old alike. Author’s recommendation

Enjoy a fondue or a delicious cake with a cup of excellent coffee in the Skihütte on the Aeschiallmend. A stop at the Panorama Restaurant in Aeschiried is also a worthwhile option.
