The multi-day tour starts with the cable car ride to Sex Rouge. There follows a descent to the Sanetsch Pass. The first ascent leads via Arête de l'Arpille to the Arpelistock (3036m). The magnificent descent to the lonely Geltenhütte (2003m) leads through ideally inclined northern slopes.

The second stage begins with the ascent via Rottal and Gältegletscher to Col du Brochet. Then it goes under the Glacier du Brochet to the saddle at the foot of the south ridge of Mont Pucel. Then northwards over the glacier to the summit of the Wildhorn. From the summit over the Chilchligletscher to the Wildhornhütte.

From the Wildhorn hut on the Chilchligletscher to the Schnidejoch. Then to the Schnidehorn - avoiding the obstacles always to the right (south) to the summit. From the summit follows a descent to Plan des Roses - south to Pt. 2391. Then across the flat through the valley to the Wildstrubel hut.

From the Wildstrubel hut via Wisshorelücke or Wisshore on the Plaine Morte glacier in eastern direction to the foot of the Wildstrubel. From there via the SW ridge to the summit. Descent via the E side to the Lämmeren hut.

The last stage starts with the ascent through the Lämmeren valley to the Rote Totz gap. Then begins the descent over the Tälligletscher to Tälli and via Walliswang to Üschenental to Kandersteg.
