Since the gondola lift to Pic Chaussy, built in 1963, was closed in 1987, this versatile ski peak in the foothills of the Vaud Alps has become extremely popular again. Since most of the ascent is made on north and north-east slopes, you often benefit from good snow conditions. At the top, on the Pic Chaussy (2351m), you have a great view of the Vaud Alps, Lake Geneva, the Rhone Valley and the massif of the Diablerets just opposite.

Access üvia Col des Mosses and back.
