To reach the long single trail through the Rohrbachgraben, you have to ride a short distance on the main road towards Adelboden. The single trail along the Entschlige makes every biker's heart beat faster. Later you reach the Tellenburg, the ruined tower can be climbed via a staircase. You can enjoy a magnificent view over Frutigen and the Kander valley. The return journey takes you past the Frutigen indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the valley station of the Niesen cable car and the Swiss Chipbox Museum in Wengi.
