Moutier-Graitery

From Gänsbrunnen we first ride down the valley to Moutier. Now follows the ascent to the Montagne de Graitery and on the south side the descent down to Le Guibou. After the Subigerberg, the climb up to Hinter Weissenstein follows on the north side of the 1st Jura chain. Good brakes are now required on the descent down to Weberhüsli. The descent from Oberdorf via Im Holz down to Solothurn is then comfortable.

From the starting point in Solothurn, take the Moutierbahn to Gänsbrunnen. This railway line offers a beautiful view into the Aare valley.

On the stretch before Hinter Weissenstein (point 1208 to 1242) there are short pushing passages, partly scree on the path, wetland.
