Finnish track at Emilien Pot Parc

The Finnish track winds through the Emilien-Pot park on a loop of about 1km calibrated every 100m, with two possible starts to choose from:
the red route is accessible from the northwest corner of the park, towards the crossroads Avenue de Savoie / Chemin des Vorzysthe blue course begins at the opposite end, near the bridge where the Chambettes Canal joins the Stockalper Canal. It is also possible to travel on a reduced route by taking advantage of the various intersections on the official route.
The track surface protects the joints from shocks, allowing effective training in both endurance and resistance, while protecting the musculoskeletal system. The facility allows experienced athletes to improve their physical condition and beginners to learn the joys of running by avoiding the traumas caused when riding on hard ground.
