If you are looking for adventure, we have a suggestion . The hike starts comfortably in the convent village of Menzingen and goes over solitary paths through the typical, nationally renowned, moraine countryside. Enjoy the views over gently undulating hills with the lime trees on the top. Up and down, past old farmhouses to the border river Sihl. This you follow until it gets narrower and more wild, and you find yourself in the middle of the dank darkness of the Sihl Spring. You can feel your own heart beat!
At the Menzingen convent take direction Stalden - down to Schwand - down again to the Sihlmatt - Sihlsprung - along the Sihl river to Sihlbrugg.
