Turn-by-turn directions
Follow the Mittelland route no. 5 from Solothurn along the Aare to Nidau, where you reach Lake Biel. Follow the lakeshore and route no. 5 to Vinelz and from there via Ins to Lake Neuchâtel. Along the left shore of the lake it is about 3h30 (with the e-bike you are of course faster) to Yverdon-les-Bains, your stage destination.
Possible shortcuts: by boat from Biel to Erlach. This shortens the journey time by bike by 1h15. The boat trip also takes 1h15 and invites you for a coffee: Departure times Biel 09h45 or 10h45.
