Monts du Pilat
Only 20 minutes drive from Saint-Etienne and an hour from Lyon, take a deep breath and enjoy being in the middle of nature in the silence of snowy forests to appreciate the pleasure of effort and sliding in a preserved environment! In the middle of the fir trees, the 3 domains of Pilat offer you all the pleasures of snow in many forms: classic or free cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, tobogganing, and many others... The Crêts, which dominate the Rhône valley, offers breathtaking snowy panoramas from the Massif Central to the Alps.
From the Mezenc to the Ardèche highlands
On the highest Nordic domain of the Massif Central, the resort of Les Estables offers more than 50 km of groomed trails. The snowy landscapes of the plateau are sculpted and frozen by the burl and everyone can enjoy them: cross-country skiing to get oxygen at the top of your lungs, snowshoeing or ski touring to find your wild side or dog sledding for those who love the Great North. A course of 70 to 120 km on virgin snow between 1200 and 1500 m of altitude connects the station of Les Estables to that of the Croix de Bauzon in Ardèche.

The mountains of the Ain
At only 1h30 from Lyon, the Ain mountains can be explored according to your desires through immense plateaus or sunny ridges. A paradise for all lovers of wide open spaces, with more than 500 km of Nordic ski trails, 250 km of snowshoeing trails between 1000 and 1300 m of altitude, between combes and snowy summits, facing the Mont-Blanc!

Savoie-Mont-Blanc
