Since 1983, the Niederberger family has been offering diners at Restaurant Sennhaus traditional Swiss cuisine with produce from their own farm and from the region. Located 1,226 metres above sea level, Gasthof Hinter-Weissenstein is around 30 minutes’ walk from the Weissenstein cable car station. The business has been successfully run by the Stucki family and their team since 1957. The house specialities include home-made Swiss rösti and bread and seasonal desserts. For the hosts, using seasonal and regional products is incredibly important.
